B BidWright

Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 June 2026

The most important term: BidWright produces drafts, not finished submissions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every fact, certification, reference, insurance figure, and compliance item before you submit any bid. BidWright never submits a bid on your behalf.

1. The service

BidWright helps commercial cleaning / janitorial contractors analyze RFPs and generate editable proposal drafts and compliance checklists using AI. It is a drafting aid, provided "as is."

2. Not professional, legal, or compliance advice

BidWright's output is generated by an AI model and may contain errors, omissions, or content that does not fit your situation or a specific solicitation's requirements. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice. You must independently verify all content — especially mandatory requirements, certifications, insurance/bonding, references, pricing, and deadlines — before relying on or submitting it.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Your content and ownership

You retain all rights to the RFPs, profiles, past proposals, and drafts you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your proposals and do not use Your Content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use BidWright to break the law, infringe others' rights, submit content you don't have rights to, attempt to overload or reverse-engineer the service, or abuse shared/free capacity. We may rate-limit or suspend access to protect the service and other users.

6. Availability

The service may rely on third-party AI infrastructure and free-tier capacity, and may be unavailable, rate-limited, or changed at any time. We don't guarantee uptime, specific output quality, or that any draft will win a contract.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and all output are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidWright and [legal entity] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost bids, lost contracts, or disqualification, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service or reliance on its output. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or USD 50.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll change the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — confirm with counsel], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
